We provide two months warranty on all products sold store wide. In the event that an item is delivered with a damaged or missing part, an exchange will be done upon notifying our delivery or management team.

For items that malfunctions from use during this two month period, an inspection will be made by a company representative. If there is no signs of damages due to misuse of the item, the item will be repaired or replaced.

However, if there is any signs of damage due to misuse of the item or if the two month warranty period passes, Marxx is NOT liable for damages, and the item will be repaired at the customer’s expenses.

Returns or exchanges are allowed for items in original condition within 7 days from the date of purchase. A 10% restocking fee applies.
